- This is being issued in accordance with Special Emergency ProcurementAuthority (SEPA).All contractual documents (i.e. Contracts, Purchase Orders, Task Orders,Delivery Options, and Modifications) related to the instant procurement areconsidered to be "Issued" by the Government when copies are either depositedin the mail, transmitted by Facsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce inthe mail, transmitted by Facsimile, or sent by other electronic commercemethods such as email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor'sproposal constitutes bilateral agreement to "Issue" contractual documentsdetailed herein.It is recommended that vendors provide contact information to NAVSUP WSSMechanicsburg in order to receive automated notifications from Navy ElectronicCommerce Online (NECO) when contracts/modifications are issued by DLA MaritimeMechanicsburg and posted on EDA. To receive these notifications, contact:NAVSUP WSS Code 025, Procurement Systems Design and Contract Support Divisionvia email at NAVSUPWSSITIMPHelpDesk@navy.mil. Please include the followinginformation with your request: CAGE Code, company name and address and POCwith phone number and email address.Contractors can view their orders, contracts and modifications at theElectronic Document Access (EDA) web tool. This web tool is located at theWide Area Workflow (WAWF) website. It is recommended that contractors registerfor EDA at: https://wawf.eb.mil. Click on New User and Registration.To ensure DLA continues delivering products and services at the most economical cost, DLA Land and Maritime has initiated a Material CostReduction Initiative. To support this initiative, please be advised, theGovernment is seeking to reduce material pricing by as much as 10% per NSN onthis solicitation. Please consider the Government's objective when supplyingyour company's offer.This order requires a Higher Level Inspection.
