- The Government is requesting offers for a firm-fixed price contract to procure 1 each PANEL,TEST,ELECTRIC. Approved manufacturer and part number is:L-3 COMMUNICATIONS WESTWOOD CORPORATION (58475) P/N: 701475-01-200The FOB point is SOURCE. Please see the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) SPRMM1-20-Q-TA02 and Amendment 0001. The point of contact is STEPHEN MILLER at stephen.miller@dla.mil.THIS SOLICITATION IS ISSUED IAW SPECIAL EMERGENCY PROCUREMENT AUTHORITY.All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders, delivery orders and modifications) related to the instant procurement are considered to be "issued" by the government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by fax, or sent by other electronic commerce methods,such as e-mail.
