- TIERED EVALUATIONPRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AT FORT SNELLING NATIONAL CEMETERY, MINNEAPOLIS, MNPURPOSE: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration (NC), is soliciting Tiered Evaluation Proposal under Solicitation Number 36C78620R0007 for the removal and replacement of the existing exterior signage, at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery.DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision required to remove and replace the existing exterior signage at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in accordance with the Scope of Work and associated project specifications to be provided in the solicitation.COST MAGNITUDE: In Accordance With (IAW) VAAR 836.204; The Magnitude of Construction Cost Range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.SITE VISIT: A Site-Visit is scheduled for Wednesday, 16 October 2019 @ 10:00 AM. local time.Meeting location is the flag pole, located just West of the main entrance gate #1. � POC: Jacob Johnson (Contracting Officer Representative (COR))Jacob.johnson3@va.gov, 612-746-2945 ext. 240Electronic solicitations will be available for download from Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at http://www.FedBizOpps.gov , on or Before 9 October 2019. CONTRACT DURATION: Performance of Period (POP) is 240 Calendar Days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).NAICS CODE: 238990 SIZE STANDARDS: $15 MillionMETHOD OF AWARD: THE GOVERNMENT CONTEMPLATES AWARD OF A FIRM FIXED-PRICE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT UNDER TIERED EVALUATION; SDVOSBs, VOSBs, & SBs.Award will be to the reasonable vendor whose proposal whose proposal conforms to the RFP requirement and is most advantageous to the Government. Only verified SDVOSBs, VOSBs, & SBs firms are eligible to submit an offer or receive an award of this contract. A non-verified vendor that submits a Proposal will be rejected as Non-Responsive.
