- This is a Sources Sought Notice and is for information purposes only.THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, QUOTATIONS, OR BIDS. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE.A Market Survey is being conducted to determine if there are adequate small businesses for the following proposed contract(s): Up to Two (2) Indefinite Delivery Contracts for Architect-Engineering Services in support of the Missions of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers North Atlantic Division National Planning Center of Expertise for Coastal Storm Risk Management (PCX-SCRM). The primary work will involve but not be limited to; general Planning support to the Corps ‘Civil Works Program. This will include all aspect of Civil Works, to include but not limited to, General Investigations, Continuing Authorities program, Planning Assistance to States, and Flood Plain Management Services. Classifications in support of the contract shall include the following: Principle/Expert, Senior Project Manager, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Water Resource Planner, Hydraulic/Hydrologic Engineer, Coastal Engineer, Cost Estimating, Geotechnical Engineer, Economist, Ecologist/Environmental Scientist, Geologist/Hydrogeologist, Environmental Engineer, Soil Engineer, GIS Specialist, Bioengineer, NEPA Specialist, CAA Specialist, HTRW Assessment Specialist, Habitat Assessment Specialist, Real Estate Assessment Specialist, Technical Writing, Archeologist/Cultural Resources Specialist, Clerical/Administrative and Clean Air Specialist. The selected firm will be used primarily for Architect-Engineering Services in support of the (PCX-SCRM) or other Corp Districts or Divisions or in support of other agencies and at other locations may be a part of this contract.TYPE OF CONTRACT AND NAICS: This is a sources sought notice only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541330 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 million.TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: N/A. The purpose of this solicitation is to identify potential certified Small Business sources.SUBMISSION: All interested business concerns for this requirement shall provide the following information when responding to this sources sought:Company name:DUNS number:Cage Code:Type of business concern large business or small business (please identify type of small business)Statement of capability and qualifications of the organization to perform the requirement List of similar projects worked on over the past 5 years and services provided on those projects.** EACH SUBMISSION SHALL NOT EXCEED 5 PAGES TOTAL ** Notice to potential contractors: All offerors who provide goods or services to the Federal Government must be registered at Beta.SAM.gov at https://beta.sam.gov/.
