Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), except as may otherwise be specified. This upgrade is necessary due to an ongoing renovation project that is expanding the previous space. Police.2) Must utilize all Honeywell equipment to ensure that it integrates seamlessly with existing equipment.3) Provide 24/7 Central Station Monitoring and service maintenance for the four (4) systems (pre-existing and new) at the Patchogue CBOC.4) Principal Company Performing all Installation and Service5.) N.Y.S. Licensed Security System Dealer Installer6) All service calls to be performed within 4 Hours, if notified before 11am, or otherwise the next day(if notified after 11am).7) All Current Equipment on Warranty to be honored by Awarded Contractor8) Principal Company to be located within 50 miles from location.It should be noted that this contract does not involve access to VA sensitive information and does not involve access and/or connection to the VA information system. 3. Background: VA Handbook 0730/4, Appendix B, dated March 29, 2013, recommends/requires these types of physical security measures at VA facilities.4.
