- The purpose of this sources sought market research is to understand the potential competitive landscape supporting the requested Cultural Advisor/Interpreter Services for the NATO Special Operations Component Command-Afghanistan/Special Operations Joint Task Force-Afghanistan (NSOCC-A/SOJTF-A).Attached is a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) detailing the desired capabilities contemplated uder this requirement. The Government seeks to understand potential sources who can readily satisfy the contemplated draft requirements in full, but more specifically the requirements in Secion 2.2.
