- Page 2 of 2Amendment to Sources Sought Notice 36C24220R0015:This amendment is to advise interested firms of how their SF330s will be rated. The system being used will be adjectival whereas: Criteria (1) (4) are considered the most important and equal among themselves. Criteria (5) & (6) are of slightly less importance than (1) (4), but equal among themselves.Criteria (7) and (8) are the least important and listed in descending order of importance.The evaluation criteria are being amended to add factor 5 and correct the order of importance:Professional qualifications necessary for satisfactory performance of required services.Monitor and control systems (plumbing)Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required, including, where appropriate, experience in energy conservation, pollution prevention, waste reduction and the use of recovered materials.Experience with site investigations with creation of as-built conditions / BIM Experience with hot water loops Experience with Legionella control and water treatment methodsExperience with domestic water in high-rise structuresCapacity to accomplish the work in the required time.Past performance on contracts with Government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules.Specifically identify the projects from criterion (2) worked for each individual listedExperience in construction period services to include professional field inspections during the construction period, review of the construction submittals, support in answering request for information during the construction period and support of construction contract changes to include drafting statements of work and cost estimates.The extent to which potential contractors identify and commit to the use of service-disabled Veteran-owned small business, Veteran-owned small businesses and other types of small business subcontractors.Location in the general geographic area of the project and knowledge of the locality of the project.Send questions or SF330 information to: Davidm.Esmay@va.gov.
