** FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY - THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL**SEE ATTACHED REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) LETTER AND DRAFT PWS FOR MORE INFORMATION.Transportation Visualizer (TransViz) is a web-based analysis tool that provides graphic visualization of Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES) data in support of distribution strategic planning, deliberate planning, crisis action planning, theater level planning, and manipulation of Unit Line Numbers (ULNs) to time phase requirements, ensuring transportation feasibility and port life-support capability. TransViz provides an environment for collaboration among Combatant Commands (CCMDs), their component commands, supporting commands, USTRANSCOM and its components to quickly agree on proposed changes in support of making force movement decisions and writeback to JOPES. It provides the user the ability to data mine, identify trends, problems, and opportunities to improve movement options for requirements, as well as assisting in the flow of force requirements.
