- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The Department of Interior / Bureau of Reclamation in Denver, CO is performing market research to determine if there are a sufficient number of qualified Small Businesses, (i.e., small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned, Hub Zone, serviced-disabled veteran-owned small business) to set aside a Firm Fixed Price contract. Large businesses are allowed to submit a capability statement as well. The Government will use responses to this notice to make the appropriate acquisition decision. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES /SUPPLY TO BE REQUIRED:OPS Dispatch Safe Clearance writing program is due for an update to be able to operate with GCPO�s new update to Windows 10.The following items will be necessary to complete update.Operating System upgradeUpgrade Safe Clearance user interface (UI) to Operate on 32 bit and 64 bit versions of Windows 10 on up to a maximum of 10 PCs.Office Version UpgradeUpgrade the Safe Clearance application to run with 32 and 64 bit versions of Office 365.SQL Server UpgradeUpgrade system to support SQL Server 2016 and 2017.Edit Clearance Form ModificationsCustomize on screen labels for field entry. (Tag List) Allow text to wrap and let the line grow in height.Printed Safe Clearance Form ModificationsCustomize all printed forms.Database ConversionConvert from existing database to the new format.Review and modify canned tagsWith client involvement.OnsiteDesign/review.Installation and Configuration of softwareInstallation and configuration of ACSI software (or equal product) on up to a maximum of 10 USBR PCs. Create a new SQL Server database on the existing SQL Server or a new SQL Server instance.The resulting solicitation will be in accordance with FAR Clause 52.211-6 � Brand Name or Equal. All interested contractors who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, with information describing their interest, capabilities statements and indicate which small business category for which they qualify to the Contracting Specialist, Bridgette Sena at bsena@usbr.gov, no later than 3:00 p.m. (Mountain Time), December 10, 2019. Please also state whether or not this product is available on a GSA Schedule. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. NAICS Code 541511 is applicable to this acquisition, and the size standard for a contractor is $30,000,000.00. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 , required registration in the System Award Management System (SAM) database prior to award of a contract.
