- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with AT&T Company (DBA Pacific Bell Telephone Company) for telephone services for a contract with one base year and four option years, for the Great Basin Region- Central California Area Office (CCAO) under the authority of FAR 13.501. AT&T is the sole provider of local telecommunications services for the areas of Folsom, Lake Berryessa, and New Melones Lake, California. A sole source justification has been prepared in support of this acquisition. The applicable contracting office for this requirement is Bureau of Reclamation, Great Basin Region, Division of acquisition services, located at 2800 Cottage Way, Sacramento, CA 95825. Firms believing, they can provide these services must provide written notification to the Contract Specialist with supporting evidence in sufficient detail to demonstrate the firm�s ability to meet the stated requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responses received within 5 calendar days of the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses should be emailed to the Government point of contact for this acquisition. Responses should include the firm's Dun and Bradstreet number (DUNS) and Tax Identification Number (TIN). Firms should identify business size (i.e. small business, other than small business, etc.) in accordance with the size standard for NAICS Code 517311, which is 1,500 employees.
