- Page 1 of 1Notice of Intent to Sole SourceSolicitation Number: 36E77620Q0013The Department of Veteran Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate directly with Venergy Group, 2552 Peters Road Ste. A, Fort Pierce, FL 34945, for the procurement of performing solar photovoltaic assessment for the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 21 facilities under the authority of 38 U.S.C. � 8127�, Veterans First Contracting Program, as implemented by FAR 6.302-5, Authorized or required by statute. Venergy is verified as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business in the Vendor Information Pages.DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The purpose of this contract is to complete a VISN wide condition assessment of solar photovoltaic for VISN 21 with the goal of eventually re-commissioning and fixing any system deficiencies, so all systems are operating at peak capacity and putting in place VISN-wide annual maintenance and monitoring. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A SOLICITATION, REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. A solicitation package will NOT be issued. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the services required. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
