- Industry Information Exchange For the Argentine, Armourdale, and CID Levee Raise Construction Contract (Kansas Citys Levees Program, Kansas City, KS & MO) The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District is conducting an information exchange webinar supporting the upcoming Kansas Citys Levees Program - Argentine, Armourdale, and CID levee raise construction contract.This exchange is for interested prime contractors who are able to bond at the $200 Million dollar level or higher. Information about the program’s two small business set-aside contracts will be provided at a later date. If you are interested in the small business set-aside contracts, please send an email to jay.b.denker@usace.army.mil.To maximize participation and reduce participation costs, the session will be conducted via webinar on December 17, 2019 at 3:00PM CST. The necessary call in information will be provided on December 16, 2019 to prime contracting firms that submitted an e-mail RSVP. The estimated duration of this webinar is 30 to 45 minutes.The purpose of this webinar is to update the construction industry on the status of the levee raise construction contract, and to request input from the construction industry for our acquisition planning. The webinar will consist of a presentation by the Government, questions & answers, and will end with a list of questions to help us finalize our acquisition plans. An e-mailed response to the questions is requested on or before December 31, 2019.Firms interested in participating shall RSVP by submitting company name, address, title, phone number, and the names of attendees that will be joining via the webinar to jay.b.denker@usace.army.mil no later than December 15, 2019.
