- 1. The DREN4 Request For Proposal is due no later than Jan. 27, 2020 3:00 PM CST.2. Questions are due for DREN4 no later than Monday, 16 December at 3:00 PM CST, and submit on Attachment L1 - Solicitation Question & Answer Template.3.
