Description

The purpose of this amendment is to:a. Extend the Solicitation Due date to 09 December 2019 at 09:00 AM.b. Correct ELIN A017 as shown at the attached revised ELIN Sheet.c. Correct Performance Work Statement (PWS) 5.2.3.6 On call duty for technical secured railroadcrossing and repair of them from “For an additional item of the contract repairs of the railroad crossingscan be ordered by the Government in a value up to 5,000.00 € per call. This contains all for the servicenecessary matters like providing of equipment, tools, machines, fuel, safeguarding work, construction siteequipment respectively providing of personnel and material and costs of arrival and departure inclusivedeliveries and also all other necessary additional work”to“For an additional item of the contract repairs of the railroad crossings can be ordered by the Governmentin a value up to 1,000.00 € per call. This contains all for the service necessary matters like providing ofequipment, tools, machines, fuel, safeguarding work, construction site equipment respectively providing ofpersonnel and material and costs of arrival and departure inclusive deliveries and also all other necessaryadditional work. Payment will be made upon actual consumption. Invoice needs to be approved by theCOR.”as shown at the attached revised PWS.d. All other terms and conditions of the Solicitation remain the same.
