- Scope of Work for Subchapter M Vessel inspectionsPerform gap inspection with accordance to Subchapter M regulations on seven towing vessels ownedand operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District.Surveyor Qualifications:The Marine surveyor shall be accredited by either the National Association of Marine Surveyors(NAMS) or the Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors (SAMS) and have at least 5 years of experiencein commercial marine plant and equipment. The Survey organization will provide demonstratedexperience with Subchapter M audits and surveys within the past 5 years. This demonstratedexperience shall be submitted with the quote in order to be eligible for award.
