Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 has a requirement for Fire/Smoke Damper Inspection. The Contractor shall provide all transportation, material hardware and parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision and technical expertise to complete the services. The solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Place of Performance: The Fire Damper Inspection will be performed at the following location:Fayetteville VA Medical Center in Buildings 1 and 3 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301 Period of Performance: Period of Performance for the resultant contract will be December 16, 2019 January 15, 2020 in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation. Type of Set-Aside: This acquisition is a 100 % Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The applicable NAICS is 561210, Facility Support Services with a Size Standard of $41.5 million.Contract Type: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. A formal Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about December 4, 2019 via Contractor Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website via https://beta.sam.gov/. All potential offerors are responsible for monitoring and downloading all documents including amendments at the FedBizOpps website without further notification from the Contracting Officer. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the following: SAM database at https://www.sam.govService-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) must be registered and verified in VetBiz.
