- Military Sealift Command Combined Synopsis and Solicitation Notice Information The USNS APACHE has an urgent bona-fide need for the services of a qualified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Propulsion Systems, Inc. Tech Rep to overhaul the Main Propulsion Control Air Valves. The period of performance is to be Award through 20 December 2019 in Virginia Beach, VA. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See attachments for justification of sole source, combined synopsis/solicitation and statement of work.
