- Network Contracting Office 10 hereby issues Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C25020Q0069 for Atrium Plant Maintenance at the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center in Saginaw MI. Anticipated award date is January 3, 2020 for a period of five years. No telephone requests will be honored. The government is not responsible to make available paper copies.
