- 1. Amendment 0001 to Solicitation 1333MK20QNMAN0007 is to accomplish thefollowing:a. Extend the Solicitation: please refer to the FBO posting.b. To update the Statement of Need under 2. Minimum requirement e. Properties shall maintain a minimum three diamond rating OR HIGHER !!! from the American Automobile Association (AAA). Please see pages 4-5.c. To clarify question regarding Government Tax Exemption.FAR 29.305 State and Local Tax Exemptions:a) Evidence of exemption. Evidence needed to establish exemption from State or local taxes depends on the grounds for the exemption claimed, the parties to the transaction, and the requirements of the taxing jurisdiction. Incidental to the governmental instrumentality's statutorily authorized duties; and(2) The charge is paid for with one of the following:a. A check from the treasurer, state of New Hampshire;b. A check from the U.S. Treasury;c. A check from a New Hampshire county or municipality treasurer; ord. A U.S. government or state of New Hampshire issued credit card in the employee's name where the charge is paid directly by the government or state and not by employee reimbursement.**The government purchase order will be utilized for award.**A Government Purchase Order serves a proof for direct billing to the U.S. Government.A copy of the Government Solicitation serves as proof for direct billing to the U.S. Government.Therefore the government will not be issuing a separate Tax exemption Certificate.If a third party vendor is unsuccessful receiving tax exemption from any local hotel facility then this third party quote to the government shall be all inclusive as part of their quote (Under Firmed Fixed Price).2. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis / solicitation 1333MK20QNMAN0007 constitutes a request for quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through federal acquisition circular 2020-02.The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine & Aviation Operations (OMAO), Ship Ferdinand Hassler requires 160 room night's single occupancy, within 10 miles radius of marine Support Facility (25 WENTWORTH ROAD FORT CONSTITUTION NEW CASTLE NH 03854). Estimated Period of Performance: 06 DEC 2019 - 14 FEB 2020***The Period of Performance SHALL not to be mistaken with Actual Check-in and Check-out Date. The period of Performance is an estimated guess in anticipation of any changes of scheduled work that can potentially affect the Check-in and Check-out Dates below.******Furthermore, this may affect the total of room nights used therefore the Government shall not be charged for any unused rooms. If additional room nights are needed over the initial request of 160 room nights, and rooms are available, rates will be at the per room/night rate offered during the initial contract.(However only the Government Contracting Officer may exercise this option, no other is authorized).*** Up to 8 Rooms for 21 nights for a total NTE: 160 room nights as follows:Estimated Check in: 18 DEC 2019Estimated Check out: 08 JAN 2020***Dates are estimated, and subject to change based on the completion of the dry dock repair period. ***** The total of rooms per night will fluctuate daily between 6-8 room nights to a total NTE 160 Room nights.***The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on meeting all solicitation and SOW requirement, availability (rooms and date, Proximity from work place, Amenities and price.This RFQ is 100% set aside for small businesses.
