- Conference Room and Audio Visual Equipment Rental for the NOAA, Oceanic and Atmospheric Research in Miami, Florida. Services, non-personal, to provide all equipment, labor, and materials (unless otherwise provided herein) necessary for conference room, audio visual equipment, and conference facility support services for Management Training Conference, May 18, 2020 through May 21, 2020, in accordance with the statement of work. See Request for Quote form (SF18) with the statement of work. Intend to award a firm fixed price contract that includes conference support services for attendees of the CFO/CAO Management and Budget Training Conference 2020, from May 18-21 within a 40 miles radius of 4301 Rickenbacker Causeway, Miami, Florida 33149 and within a 0.5 mile safe, walkable radius to multiple dining venues. A block of 85 rooms will be reserved for attendees; rooms will be paid directly by the individuals attending, and are independent of the firm fixed price contract.
