- This Solicitation is set-aside for Small Businesses, in accordance with FAR 19. This Solicitation sets forth requirements for proposals for five (5) separate Single Award, Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity Job Order Construction Contracts (one award for each geographic area) as described in the attached Agreement. Separate proposals are required for each of the following geographic areas in which an offeror chooses to compete for award:(1) Kansas City South Field Office - Kansas City, Missouri (Kansas City Metropolitanarea and the cities of Columbia and Jefferson City, Missouri.)(2) Kansas City North Field Office - Kansas City, Missouri (Kansas City Metropolitanarea)(3) St Louis West Field Office - St Louis, Missouri (St Louis Metropolitan area)(4) St Louis East Field Office - St Louis, Missouri (St Louis Metropolitan area)(5) State of Kansas (including Kansas City, KS)Contractors are allowed to submit in multiple geographical areas. Separate proposal evaluations and awards will be made for each geographic area.
