The Government does not ownthe data or the rights to the data needed to purchase / contract repair of thispart from additional sources. It has been determined to be uneconomical tobuy the data or rights to the data. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer thepart. The proposed acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns.SOLICITATION IS BEING ISSUED IAW SPECIAL EMERGENCY PROCUREMENT AUTHORITY.All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders, delivery orders and modifications) related to the instant procurement are considered to be "issued" by the government when copies are either deposited in the mail, transmitted by fax, or sent by other electronic commerce methods,such as e-mail.
