- Description
- This is a sole source award for a twelve (12) month C-type contract to Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) for the procurement of Automatic Carrier Landing System (ACLS) pedestals in support of the NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Air Traffic Control & Landing System (ATC&LS) Division.The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
