- Description
- The Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic (RHCO-A), Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310, intends to solicit, negotiate and award a Sole Source award to Intuitive Solutions Inc., for being the sole source manufacturer and service provider of da Vinci®Si™, da Vinci ®X™, and da Vinci®Xi™, using other than full and open competition procedures to Intuitive Solutions, Inc., Sunnyvale, CA 94086. The resulting award will be made on SF 1449, for commercial services. The NAICS for this requirement is 811219. This is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
