Description

The Bureau of the Fiscal Service on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) is soliciting a firm-fixed price quote for Dental Supplies. This solicitation is being set aside 100% for small business. The minimum acceptable requirements are included in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached. A single award is anticipated and will be made to the vendor whose quote has met the requirements in the PWS and has submitted a quote with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).The quote will be for a base period of 12 months and for (4) option periods of 12 months.All completed quotations shall be submitted no later than December 18, 2019 10:00am Eastern Standard Time to be considered. .Quotations shall be submitted electronically to: purchasing @fiscal.treasury.gov. Please include this in the subject line:ATTN: JS/PW Dental Supplies for AFRH Gulfport, MS.Thank ou for your interest and participation in this solcitation Any questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted no later than December 09, 2019 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time.
