- 1) Basic pulsed-RF measurements, node-lock perpetual license, part number S97025A-1FP (Quantity - 1 each)2) Spectrum analysis, part number S97090A (Quantity -1 each)3) Spectrum analysis, node-locked perpetual license, part number S97090A-1FP (Quantity - 1 each)The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis this material. This requirement is sole sourced to Technical Communities, Inc., 1111Bayhill Drive Ste 400, San Bruno, CA 94066, as this requried parts must go on the base system are open market. The other base parts are being purchased on GSA contract GS-24F-0066M. Any firms believing that they can provide the products, as a a whole unit, may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm’s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the product without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sourced may submit a quoation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotations are preferred via email. If you provide a quote via any other method provide us with the date package was sent, commercial carrier, and tracking number so that we can insure that your quotation is reviewed for consideration during the award process.Going forward, all new entities registering in GSA's System for Award Management (SAM), as well as existing registrations being updated or renewed, will require the submission of an original, signed notarized letter identifying the authorized Entity Administrator for the entity associated with the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number. Effective June 11, 2018, entities who create or update their registration in SAM.gov to apply only for federal assistance opportunities such as grants, loans, and other financial assistance programs, have a notarized letter on file within 30 days of registration. Additionally, Effective June 29, 2018, all non-Federal entities who create or update their registration in SAM.gov, have a notarized letter on file within 30 days of registration. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an "Active" status as the government cannot award to an entity without an "Active" SAM registration.
