- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE (not a pre-solicitation notice or solicitation pursuant to FAR Part 5) and is arequest for information to determine the capability and availability of potential commercial sources pursuant to FARPart 10, Market Research. This notice is issued by the US Naval Hospital Guam Contracting Department, to identifysources capable of providing calibration, preventive maintenance inspections, and repair on the medical equipmentcited in Attachment 1 to this Notice. The Statement of Objectives is provided in Attachment 2 to this Notice.The calibration, preventive maintenance inspections, and repairs must be performed on site at the US Naval Hospital(USNH) Guam.
