Description
This market research is for the work efforts required to furnish support to CECOM-EISD for support of the Family Advocacy Program (FAP) System of Record (FASOR), a HQ US Army MEDCOM Family Advocacy Program IT system using proprietary technology. The contractor shall provide the necessary expertise to deliver a modernized and enhanced FASOR web application within established program cost, schedule and performance parameters, to support the business processes of the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Army (DA), United States Army FAP. This effort requires the migration of all existing FASOR data from the 1.0 database structure to the 2.0 structure with zero user or mission downtime. The contractor expertise shall consist of a strong background and extensive experience in software engineering, development and testing, as well as in Information Assurance, CyberSecurity and Cloud rehosting.This effort requires the Contractor to follow the Risk Management Framework (RMF) to obtain a full Authority to Operate (ATO) for the rehosted FASOR system. This includes working with an Independent Validation and Verification team to complete ALL documentation and vulnerability mitigations needed for the ATO. The requirement also requires mature Configuration Management processes, software Deployment experience, and senior Enterprise Architecture, Software Testing, Application and Data Integration Services experience.INSTRUCTIONS:Please use the attached form and provide your response to the question asked (Yes or No).
