- This RFI is issued solely forinformation and planning purposes it does not constitute a Request for Proposal(RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. Solicitations are notavailable at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive aresponse. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United StatesGovernment to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. All informationsubmitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United StatesGovernment will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate anyrespondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to theUnited States Government. Not responding to this RFI does not precludeparticipation in any future RFP, if any is issued. ACC-NJ is surveying themarket for potential contractors capable of satisfying the subject requirementfor a lodging requirement in support of the TTC Lee, 80th Training Command(TASS), 94th Training Division in Fort Lee, Virginia for 288 students andinstructors. The lodging facility shall provide lodging as depicted in attachedRFI. Hotel/restaurant location shall be within a 15-mile radius of Building8402, B Avenue & 27th Street, Fort Lee, Virginia 23801-1700.
