Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government.Terre Haute Federal Bureau of Prisons is requesting INFORMATION for a service providing inmates housed in a correctional setting the ability to remotely search for jobs without being able to access the internet. This device would need to be attached and secured. The device will be used by inmates and must be able to be monitored and considered correctional friendly.Inmates would need to be able to look for jobs locally and nationally using a searchable database of jobs. The searchable jobs would be required to have a description and provide directions of how the inmate could contact the potential employer and how to apply for the job.Terre Haute Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a one-year contract for the service and maintenance of three devices.All IT related equipment must be approved by the local IT managers and additionally at central office location in accordance with approval of Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act.
