- The following is a Sources Sought/Request for Information notice. This posted notice is not a Pre-Solicitation or Solicitation document. The government is not currently soliciting bids, quotes or proposals at this time; however, reserves the right to do so at a later date. The Erie VA Medical Center, Erie, PA has a requirement for 50 BRAND NAME OR EQUAL PC s that are compliant with the Windows 10 OS. The Brand-Name Equal is Dell OptiPlex 7060 Micro XCTOG (210-APQK)Salient Characteristics: Processor speed shall be no less than 2.0 GHz Processor shall be no less than an i5 processor (i7 would be ideal) with 4 cores Windows 10, 64 bit operating system Ram speed shall be at least 1066MHz Ram capacity shall be no less than 16GB Graphics memory shall be at least 512 MB Wireless shall be at least 802.11g/N Computer shall have network interface controller (NIC) NIC speed shall be at least 1GBPS NIC chipset shall support 3eTI FIPS Wireless shall be compliant with FIPS 140-2 Wireless shall be able to function in concealed mode Computer shall have at least 6 USB 3.0 ports Computer shall have an internal speaker Hard drive shall have a minimum capacity of 500GB Computer shall be compliant with level 3 FIPS 140-2 Dimensions can be no bigger than 12 L X 10 W X 2 H This requirement is for 50 units to be delivered only. Training and installation is not required by the vendor. Installation will be performed by the Biomedical Department at the Erie VA Medical Center.
