- This update relates to the timeframe for the submission of Questions, Q&A posting to Beta.SAM and the submission of capability statements. All submissions have been extended by 1 week (and an extra week for capability statements to allow for the holidays) at the request of the requiring activity. The last paragraph in the word document has been updated to read:"Please submit questions by close of business on 9 December 2019. Q&A expected to be posted to the announcement by 16 December 2019. Capability statements should be submitted by close of business 6 January 2020. Submit Questions and capability statement via email to the Contracting Specialist Audrey York at audrey.m.york6.civ@mail and the Contracting Officer, Nina Bushnell at nina.m.bushnell.civ@mail.mil."The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command - Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center’s Command, Power and Integration (CP&I) is conducting a market survey to identify sources with the interest and capability to enhance small unit lethality and situational awareness by enabling collaboration of battlefield sensors, creating target options, and enabling automated engagement recommendations. The planned result will be a Decision Support Agent providing quick strike options that exploit narrow windows of opportunity in support of Multi-Domain Operational concepts. This market survey will inform and shape future C5ISR-CP&I contract planning activities and timelines.
