- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR A RFI ONLY - This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. Solicitations are not available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued.The U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (ACC-NJ) located at Fort Dix, NJ is surveying the market for potential contractors capable of providing the United States Army Criminal Investigation Command (CID) with seventy-five (75) (72 basic and 3 enhanced) separate subscriptions for annual web based service that shall provide reliable social media exploitation services, also referred to as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution. The period of performance will be from date of award for twelve (12) months with two (02) twelve (12) month Options for annual subscription service and training. Please see attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) for description and specifications of supplies. Paragraph 3.1 in the SOW outlines the specifications needed for the seventy-two (72) Basic Subscription Services and Paragraph 3.2 in the SOW outlines the specifications needed for the three (03) Enhanced Subscription Services. RFI responses must contain at a minimum:(1) Basic Overview of company to include Company Name, Company Point of Contact (name, phone number, and email address), Company location, Cage Code, DUNS Number, and Socioeconomic Status. In addition, please provide confirmation that your company can provide these services for five-years under your current basic contract.(2) Capability Statement sufficient to demonstrate performance acumen directly related to the performance of the requirement as specified in the attached SOW;(3) Citation of any current, or past customers (i.e. within the past three (3) years) to include contract number and point of contact (name, phone number, and email address);(4) Other material relevant to establishing core competencies of the firm in its capability to perform the subject services.Responses are due no later than 11 December 2019 at 10:00 AM EST.
