General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:State:WACity:SeattleDelineated Area:Seattle Central Business DistrictSpace Type:Reserved and Covered ParkingParking Spaces (Total):62Parking Spaces (Surface):0Parking Spaces (Structured):62Parking Spaces (Reserved):62Full Term:120 MonthsFirm Term:60 MonthsAdditional Requirements:Needs to be within a 2 block radius of 1110 Third Ave Seattle, WA 98101Action: Choose whether or not a fully serviced lease is required. Also choose 100 year floodplain unless requirement is identified by agency as a critical action.Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.Action: for fbo postings, insert the following language only for potential sole source succeeding lease actions.
