- The US Army Contracting Command, APG, Natick Contracting Division on behalf of the Expeditionary Maneuver Support Directorate (EMSD) intends to award a firm fixed price contract under FAR 13.106(b)(1) only one responsible source to FutureScout, LLC, Providence, RI for the design, development, and execution for a series of tabletop wargames in support of a future Squad Holistic Lethality Demonstration (SHLD)-2.FutureScout, LLC has current availability to support this effort given the critical timeline associated with the project. Future Scout, LLC previously supported (SHLD)-1 wargaming efforts for EMSD and is a known subject matter expert in wargaming data collection along with the modeling aspects of assessment which directly tie to the SHLD effort.All Responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541720.Inquiries and responses may be sent to Luke Renzoni, Purchasing Agent, via email at luke.r.renzoni.civ@mail.mil no later than 20 December 2019 5:00 PM (EST).
