- Description
- The Government herby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price for HQ USAF senior leadership in the areas of the defense and intelligence industrial base analysis, industry/market trends, specific company analysis, and impacts to the defense budget and national economy. Intimate knowledge of industrial base performance, leadership, strategies, and active TS/SCI security clearance are required. The current support is being provided by McAleese and Associates PC, Sterling VA 20166. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The current contract expires 16 Dec 2019. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this Synopsis is 06 Dec 2019 at 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
