- SYNOPSIS DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center, 6162 S. Willow Drive, Suite 300, Greenwood Village CO 80111 intends to solicit sources to enter into a firm-fixed price contracts to provide water sampling and testing for the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center, 1700 N. Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045.The Contractor shall perform maintenance on the fire sprinkler system at RMR VAMC, 1700 Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045 as required by the NFPA 25 standard.The solicitation package will be available for download on or about November 19, 2019 and proposals shall be 27 days after the issuance of the solicitation, and no later than 11:00 a.m. mountain time. The applicable NAICS code is 811219 with a small business size standard of $20.5 Million. This solicitation will be set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The solicitation reference is 36C25919R0197 Sprinkler System Inspection, Maintenance and Testing and should be referenced in all correspondence/ inquiries. The locations for services are stated above. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov. No hard copies of the solicitation will be provided.
