- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting office 8 (NCO 8) has a requirement for Facility Support Services at the Orlando VA Medical Center at Lake Nona. The Government anticipates a Firm Fixed-Price type contract award with one (1) twelve (12) months base period plus four (4) twelve months option periods. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available at Contract Opportunities website: https://beta.sam.gov on or about November 15, 2019. No phone, fax or email inquiries will be taken for this Pre-Solicitation Notice. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the North American Classification Code (NAICS) 541513 is $30 Million. Contractors must have a valid DUNS number. Request DUNS number from Dun and Bradstreet at: http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform/. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to contract award. Therefore, offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations. To be eligible for an award as a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), an offeror must be registered and verified with the Veterans Online Business Registry (VETBIZ) - Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database at: https://www.va.gov/osdbu/verification/
