On December 5, 2019 Amendment 0002 was uploaded. Amendment 0002 changed the due date for proposals. The new due dates are as follows:For requesting Qualtrics: January 15, 2020 at 4:00 PM eastern time.For submitting Qualtrics: January 21, 2020 at 4:00 PM eastern time.For submitting all other documents (Volume 1 and Volume 2 - See Amendment 0001) January 22, 2020 at 2:00 PM eastern time.The Amendment also made some updates and corrections in the solicitation. Please download Amendment 0002 to see the changes. Signed and completed Amendment 0002, Amendment 0001 and the SF1449 are needed as part of your response of Volume 1. If you have already submitted an offer, you can provide the signed Amendments via a separate email to the email addresses on page 5 of Amendment 0002 and in the email state that all other documents have already been submitted. While this was consistent in all of the documents, FedBizOps had an error in the closing date on the posting.
