- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued.The purpose of this solicitation is for Ground Maintenance and Landscaping Service in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall furnish labor, materials, supervision, and equipment to perform the grounds maintenance services at the U.S. Coast Guard Station Fort Lauderdale. 7000 N. Ocean Dr. Dania Beach FL 33004.It is highly recommended to visits the facilities to make a full evaluation and become familiar with the existing conditions. Site visit will take place at the location stated in part 2.1 and 2.2 and part 2.3 of the SOW. Contractor access to the service site area shall be limited to 7:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Access to the sites are not permitted over the weekends without prior written approval of the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).The service period of coverage is 9 months from Jan 1, 2020 to SEP 30, 2020Submit all Technical and Price Proposals (20 Pages or Less) via Email to Ulric.Waldron@uscg.mil until COB 12/18/2019 @ 3:00 pm.
