SOLICITATION NOTICE OF TIERED EVALUATIONSThis procurement is set-aside based on an order of priority as established in 38 U.S.C. 8127.TIERED EVALUATIONS LIMITED TO SDVOSB or VOSB: This solicitation is being issued as a tiered evaluation for SDVOSB concerns, or in the alternative, as a tiered evaluation for VOSB concerns. If award cannot be made, the solicitation will be cancelled and the requirement resolicited.TIERED EVALUATIONS INCLUDING SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS: This solicitation is being issued as a tiered evaluation for SDVOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a tiered evaluation for VOSB concerns, or in the alternative, a set-aside for other small business concerns with HUBZone small business concerns and 8(a) participants having priority. If award cannot be made, the solicitation will be cancelled and the requirement resolicited36C24520Q0075: The intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions, is to describe the service and responsibility of the Veterans Affairs Facility at Fort Detrick VA CBOC the located at 1433 Porter St, Fort Detrick, MD 21702. This procurement is unrestricted but shall use cascading evaluation of offers. Work includes but not limited to: Snow removal. The firm must be approved under NAICS: 561730, size standard $8.0 Mil. Prospective Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) must be registered and current in Veterans Information Pages (VIP), website: https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov. SDVOSB firms that submit bid/offers that are not listed on VIP will be deemed nonresponsive. All prospective firms must be registered in the System of Award Management www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 12/05/2019. No telephone inquiries will be answered. Prospective contractors are responsible for downloading attachments, and any issues amendments from www.fbo.gov . Offers will be accepted till 12/10/2019, at 2:00 PM EST.
