The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs."The U.S.A.F. is seeking potential contractors to perform work which includes upgrades to the Parachute Shop exterior walls, roofing, structural, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, electrical service and distribution, fire detection/suppression systems; interior configuration and architectural finishes; and exterior utilities, access road and site work; and incidental related work. All work is to be done at Eielson AFB, AK Building 1161.The Government is contemplating a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Sealed Bid contract.The estimated magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 IAW FAR 36.204(f).This posting is an Invitation for Bids. Bids must be valid until 08 April 2020. Respondees are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this solicitation; all costs associated with responding to this solicitation will be solely at the interested party's expense. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. The due date and time for submission of bids is contained in the solicitation package. Paper copies will NOT be available. The entire solicitation, including the specification and/or drawings, are available only on the System for Award Management website at https://beta.sam.gov. All contractors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at:https://www.sam.gov/SITE VIST:-A site visit (pre-bid conference) will be conducted on 19 December 2019 at 09:00 hrs (09:00AM) AKDT.-For attendance, please contact members listed below no later than 18 December 2019 before 14:00 hrs (2:00 PM) AKDT.-Questions should be submitted electronically via email to contacts listed below no later than 27 December 2019 at 14:00 hrs (02:00pm) AKDT.
