- ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The information below is how to access the TDP.The TDP for this solicitation will be accessible via the DOD Safe Site (https://safe.apps.mil/).1. Make the request:Offerors shall email the Contract Specialist (dawn.m.hessell.civ@mail.mil), with subject header: TDP Pick-up - W56HZV-19-R-0299 (company name). The email shall have the following information:Names of person picking upEmail of person picking up (company email only)* Note: One pick-up request per offeror *Once a request for a "Pick-up" is received, the Contract Specialist will set up the TDP "Drop Off" DOD Safe Site, an automatic notification will be generated via DOD Safe Site to the Offeror giving the contractor access to the TDP.2. Making a Pick-up:All users can click on the Pick-up link and manually enter the Claim ID and Claim Passcode provided to them through email.3. Viewing a drop-off:The recipient will see the following: - The list of files that were uploaded - The sender and recipient information that the sender entered when the drop-off was created - A list of pick-ups that have been made if the drop-off was created by the logged-in user4. Time limit for Pick-up:The recipient has 7 days to pick-up the files. Each night, drop-offs that are older than 7 days are removed from the system.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
