- The subject requirement is for the acquisition of five (5) NSNs being bought to various manufacturers part numbers. The FSC for this requirement is 4320. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a three-year base period and 2 option years is anticipated. The total duration shall not exceed 5 years. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. Requirement is partially set-aside (50% for small business. The solicitation will be available on or about Dec 20, 2019 at https://www. dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. The estimated annual quantity various by NSN. Quantity ranges and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Origin-Government Arranged Transportation applies. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered.
