- N00164-16-G-WS99-0004 - SOLE SOURCE - WRA-9 - FSC 6150 - NAICS - 334511Solicitation Anticipated Issue Date 5 DEC 2019 - Solicitation Anticipated Closing Date 19 DEC 2019 - Time 12:00 PM ESTNaval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane plans to enter into Job Order 0004 on Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-16-G-WS99 to procure WRA-9 (P/N A4D0201-3). This effort will be Sole Sourced to Crane Electronics, Inc., 84 HILL AVE NW, FORT WALTON BEACH, FL, 32548-3858 in accordance with the authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not possess a complete technical data package to compete this action. A competitive procurement approach would result in significant duplication of costs and provide items that only functionally meet the requirements. Procurement of parts, which are not form, fit and functionally interchangeable, would result in not only development costs but more significantly, sustainment costs. The effort will not be set aside for small business concerns.No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Offers must be submitted in the format specified by the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit offers to the POC at NSWC Crane. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
