- In accordance with FAR 12.603(c)(2): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, FY20 Hill AFB Mortuary Affairs Services, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-01. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) FAR 19.502-2(a). The Government intends to award a 12 month service contract based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures.The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 811211 with a size standard of $8M.The subject RFQ number is: FY20 Hill AFB SFS camera maintenance Hill AFB, UT 84056 plans to acquire the following services: Security camera maintenanceProjected PoP: 1 Jan 2020 through 31 dec 2020.
