Solicitation InformationAll quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Maria Sproul at maria.sproul@navy.mil no later than 1:00PM Eastern Standard Time on 11 December 2019.Solicitation N0042120Q0070 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on sole source basis with Everbridge, Inc. for Visual Fusion Software, under the authority of FAR Part 12, and FAR Part 13.VENDORS MUST BE EVERBRIDGE AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR ONLY.Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 1:00PM EST on 11 December 2019 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
