Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote or Invitation for Bid. DLA Troop Support is conducting a market research seeking to identify possible manufacturers that can supplyend item NSN 4420-01-281-2470, Core Assembly, Fluid assigned part number 534-09630-000. The Industrial Cooler, Model 2R-108 BC-19, Type AEU is Weapons System Designator Coded (JDN). Interested contractors are requested to review the item description carefully to identify any potential manufacturing challenges and formulate any questions. The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to gather information that will identidy sources for the possiblilty of a solicitation for the referenced item under a one-time large buy with no variation in quantity and no option.Intereseted contractors should submit a complete data package or past performance package that shows that you have made a similiar item. The package must provide all contract numbers. Submit on or before January 5, 2020 4:30 pm EST to Jesse Womack, DLA Troop Support-Construction and Equipment/HVAC at jesse.womack@dla.mil and at alcibiades.polanco@dla.mil. Please ensure to include the NSN in the subject line when submitting.This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of Market Research only and the Goverment is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of inquiry. The Government will NOT pay for any information submitted by respondents in response to this Sources Sought Notice. If a solicitation or solicitations would result, it would be synopsized on the beta.sam.gov website and would be the offeror's responsibility to monitor the beta.sam.gov website for any such notices.
