Section L and M, Technical/Management Factor ************************************************************************************************************************* *********************************************************************************************************************** Nov 20, 2019The Program Executive Officer for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation is hosting an Industry Day for the Cyber Training, Readiness, Integration, Delivery and Enterprise Technology (Cyber TRIDENT) requirement. This event will include an engagement and briefing from the PCTE team to update and present draft statements of work and draft solicitation requirements. When: Monday, Dec 02, 2019; 15:00 - 17:00 ESTWhere: Orange County Convention Center, 9800 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819, Room S330EF.Due to limited available space, all companies must register to attend. Registration will be limited to 4 per company for a maximum of 300 registrants. It is not required to be registered for the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) to attend the industry day. All interested parties must provide the following information of all attendees:1. Full name2. Position/title of all attendees3. Company name and address4. Email address5. Kalsi, Angie.T.Kalsi.ctr@mail.mil.BACKGROUNDCyber TRIDENT is an efficient, flexible and rapid contract vehicle designed to serve the cyber training community with a broad and overarching scope for cyber training product development, integration, operations, and training as a service, sustainment, and associated capabilities. The major focus of the contract is support of the PCTE training platform. However, the contract will also be capable of supporting USCYBERCOM and all Service cyber organizations.ELIGIBILITYThe applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541512 Computer Systems Design Services with a size standard of $27.5M in average annual receipts. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 7010, Information Technology Equipment System Configuration.Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and the Technical/Management Section L and M will be posted prior to the upcoming industry day. This requirement will be a non-commercial contract. The type of contract anticipated will be made in the form of a Single Award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Contract to one responsible Offeror and delivery orders (DO) will be issued against the ID/IQ as need arises. Tasking will be ordered with issuance of individual DO specifying the items/supplies/software to be provided from the basic contract. Firm fixed-price (FFP) and cost reimbursable delivery orders are anticipated for this effort with an eight year ordering period, and an estimated maximum ceiling of $957,000,000. The basic contract will specify the requirements to be delivered in accordance with the Cyber TRIDENT SOW.The submission of this Notice information is for Planning Purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the government to procure any supplies or services, or for the government to pay for the information received.
