- Description
- The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This contract will be awarded to Scholastic, Inc., 557 Broadway, New York, NY 10012, to provide support to NIDA’s Office of Science Policy and Communications (OSPC) in development, manufacturing, distribution, and marketing of educational print and online materials through magazines and online materials that middle and high school students read as part of their in-classroom educational experience.NIDA anticipates the award of one firm fixed price-type contract for one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods plus additional option quantities. This effort is currently performed under Contract No. HHSN271201500074C with Scholastic, Inc.
